What will my credit card show?

Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars and your purchase will be reported as "Vandarlay Industries ".

How will I know I you have received my order?

Once you click on the 'Process Credit Card Order' button, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This email will list the details of your purchase, the cost of the goods, and also an order number. Your order number should be quoted if enquiring on the status of your order, or if there is a mistake with your purchase details.

How will my purchase be packaged?

Your purchase will be shipped by Australia Post and arrive in plain packaging with no indication of the supplier.

What if I am not home when my package is delivered?

If no-one is home to accept delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office by courier. The courier will leave a notification card allowing you to collect your parcel at your convenience. You do not need to mention our website in order to pick-up the item.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

thelazystud.com.au will accept returns if the item is delivered faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered. For more information, see our section on Returns.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment being received, however once payment is received all cancellations are subject to a 15% administration charge.
